Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos
The majority of robot vacuum that vacuums and mops vacuum and mop combinations can be customized using an application that is specifically designed for. You can save maps of your home, create cleaning schedules and select the mopping mode you prefer. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine-tune the amount of water and scrub action your mop makes use of.
A mapping feature aids your robot navigate rooms and obstacles, while an obstacle avoidance feature helps it avoid hitting wires, furniture, or even stray pet toys. These features are vital for my home filled with toys.
1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the top-of-the-line vacuum and mop, comes packed with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and even lift its mop pads or brushes so that soft surfaces don't get wet. It also has the ability to see and avoid obstacles, with the ability to spot pets plants, a variety of small objects.
The robot vacuum's maximum suction power is 6 000 pascals. This is the highest power of any robot vacuum we have tested to date. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation to track its position, which prevents it from becoming stuck on objects.
The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can apply constant pressure to the pad of more than 6 Newtons for a thorough clean. It also has mop lifter that lifts the pad automatically when it is able to switch between tile, laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, in order to avoid soaking soft surfaces.
In addition it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be rinsing and drying in the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. This means that you can leave it in place and forget it, and only need to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank on occasion.
All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual mop- and vac-settings for approximately 160 minutes before it started to lose power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180 minutes Roborock claims, and is on par other hybrids I've tested.
It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only downside is that it's pricey. But its abundance of features makes it a tempting option for anyone who wants to go away from their old stick vacuum and mops. We highly recommend this vacuum for those who can afford the cost.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its powerful feature set, which includes an impressive vacuuming capacity as well as two gyrating mops. It also includes an app-based, smart controller and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.
The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros, which is one of the most powerful robotic vacuums and mop combinations available. In my testing it did well in all areas of the home, removing 98.4% of debris on all types of floors and able to lift long hair without knots. The mops also performed admirably with excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational movement and an effective dose of cleaning solution.
The L10S Ultra's real selling point is its innovative multifunctional docking station. The docking station emptys the dustbin into a bag to collect dirt, fills up the tank with water to use for mopping and even dries mop pads. It also comes with a real-time safety detection system and lets you schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its intelligent controls.
The L10S Ultra does not offer superior carpet debris removal performance when compared to the other hybrid mop I tested. The mops on the L10S Ultra are not as effective in removing tough staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.
Despite the L10S Ultra’s high-end features, it requires regular maintenance. The base station must be cleaned out, and the water tank and dust bag should be cleaned, empty and dried regularly to avoid mildew and unpleasant odors. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads, that are bought separately, must be replaced regularly too.
With the L10S Ultra's pricey cost and robust features I would highly recommend it to anyone who has the money for it. If you're on a tighter budget, I suggest an easier model that allows you to save money while still enjoying hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to note that even if the L10S Ultra is the best robot hoover robotic vacuum and mop combination you can find, its high purchase price and ongoing maintenance will eventually make it more of a wish than a need.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
If you're looking for a robot vacuum and mop that will remove dust and dirt on your floors while taking care of wet messes, then take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac and mop combo packs a strong 8,000 Pa of suction power, an impressively large battery that can be used for both mowing and vacuuming and top-quality obstacle avoidance. It even comes with an automatic mop that cleans itself as it goes, which makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that require users to return to their base station mid-clean in order to clean the mop's pad.
The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs of other robots. Its roller runs almost the entire width of the robot, and it is constantly filled with ozonated, clean water from its dock. When it turns, the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes, or best robotic mop and Vacuum swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then dumps the dirty mop water into its base station where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements, and is poured into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard is able to hold a large amount of water and handle up to a half dozen mopping session before running out.
The S1 Pro comes ready to use right out of the box as do other robotic vacuums/mops. It must be filled with clean water, however this is simple to do by cleaning the dock. If you want to use your own cleaner you can add a cleaning solution to dock. If you choose this feature however, you'll need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands allowing users to select their own choice of cleaners.
The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and navigation efficiency tests, as did most robots. It was fast to map a room and it was able to navigate through furniture. The only problem is that it got stuck a couple of times on carpets with longer piles and rugs in my tests however this could be rectified when the software is updated. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that offers many functions at a affordable prices.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level vacuum and mop however it has several impressive features. The dock's multifunction emptying the robot's dirtbag, filling its water tanks, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is done by the dock. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning a large portion of an area before it has to return to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction does a nice job of removing dirt and pet hair on carpets.
The software that runs the appliance is quite dense, with a wide choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start a full map and clean of everything that is mapped by the device or you can choose particular rooms, expandable zones, or even a schedule you've crafted. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It uses the sensors on the mop to map the space and determine the most efficient way to clean it.
Like all the Roborock models we've tested The Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system is robust that can quickly map rooms and cleaning them in a neat fashion. The default pathing setting does an excellent job of covering a space, with no gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system works fairly well, too, though it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can spot the dangers of carpets that are thick but it might not always be able to detect smaller items such as rug tassels or electrical wires.
This device has a major issue: it doesn't offer a mop after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum a lot before using their robot vacuum cleaner reviews. There's a simple solution to this issue: The app offers an option that allows you to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. You can use the mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the dust and dirt that were left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice touch, and it helps the robot clean up a little bit better than its less expensive competitors.
